Electric welding machine safety operation procedures

1. Preparation before welding: The welding machine should be placed in a ventilated, dry place and placed in a stable position. Check the welding mask for no light leakage or damage. Welding personnel and auxiliary personnel should wear the specified protective protective equipment and set the radiant heat from the screen shield weldment. The welding machine, welding tongs, power cord and all joint parts should be connected reliably, and the insulation is good. It is not allowed to overheat at the wiring. The terminal of the power supply should not be exposed, and it should be wrapped with insulating tape. The length of the wire between the welding machine and the welding tongs shall not exceed 30M. If it is special, it shall not exceed 50M. The wire has moisture and broken strands

2. The phenomenon should be replaced immediately. AC welding machine: the initial and secondary wiring should be accurate. The input voltage should comply with the equipment regulations, and it is strictly forbidden to contact the live part of the initial line. The secondary tapped copper plate must be compacted and the studs should have washers. Before using the DC welding machine, the dirt on the commutator should be cleaned to keep the commutator in good contact with the brush. Precautions in welding: According to the technical conditions of the workpiece, a reasonable welding process (welding rod, welding current and duty ratio) should be selected, no overload should be allowed, and no-load blackout device should be used as much as possible. It is not allowed to use high current welding, and it is not allowed to use metal welding machine for metal cutting.

In load welding, the temperature rise of the welder should not exceed Class A 60C, Class B 80C, otherwise it should be stopped and cooled before welding. The working place of the welder should be kept dry and well ventilated. When moving the welding machine, the power should be cut off, and the welding machine should not be moved by pulling the cable. If the power is suddenly cut off during welding, the power should be cut off. In the welding, the current is not allowed to be adjusted, and the handle must be used to adjust the current of the welder during the stop welding, so as not to be too fast, so as to avoid

Damage to the regulator. When the DC welding machine is started, check that the direction of rotation of the rotor is in accordance with the direction of the arrow of the welder mark. The gap between the edge of the carbon brush holder and the surface of the commutator of the DC welding machine shall not be less than 2-3MM, and pay attention to frequently adjust and wipe the dirt. When the silicon rectification welder is used, the fan motor must be turned on first, and the voltmeter indication value should be normal. There should be no abnormal noise when carefully observed. After the shutdown, the silicon rectifier and other components should be cleaned. It is strictly forbidden to test the secondary coil of the main transformer of the silicon rectification welder and the secondary coil of the control transformer with a shaker. When welding in a wet place, the welder should stand on the insulating wood board. Do not touch the welding machine wire by hand. Do not hold the welding electrode with the arm to avoid electric shock.

3. Precautions after welding: After the welding operation is completed, the power should be cut off immediately, and the welder switch should be turned off to clean and adjust the power supply and ground wire of the welding clamp to avoid short circuit when closing. In the welding, if the automatic power failure device is found to be ineffective, it should be shut down and repaired after power failure. When removing weld slag, wear glasses and pay attention to the direction of the splashing of the slag, so as not to stab the eyes and not hit the welding slag against the presence. After the open air operation, the welder should be covered to avoid rain. When the welding is not carried out (moving, repairing, adjusting, working break), the power should be cut off to avoid accidents.
